This tea consisted of anthology black tea, piccadilly earl gray tea, lavender syrup, and oat milk. Honestly, this tea was pretty good. It had light sweetness and a subtle taste of lavender. I always appreciate when restaurants do their best to be sustainable and you could tell that Colectivo Coffee was doing their best to be earth conscious!! They used paper straws, had plants in every corner, and had recycled cups made in the USA. They get a from me.
Colectivo has been my go-to since moving to Chicago. I am a WFH girly so I love finding cute coffee spots that offer wifi, cozy nooks, vibes, and good food and drinks. Colectivo checks all of my boxes. I live further out from wicker park but I will always make the drive just to work there when I need to get out of the house. Their staff is always so cheerful and kind and they get stuff out quick but correctly. It's also super big so there is always a chance you'll find at least one open seat or table. 10/10 for all categories
Stopped by after brunch and tried the Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew--absolutely loved it! It wasn't too sweet, had a subtle salted caramel flavor, and was perfectly creamy. I also got the Pink Panther Smoothie, which was really nice and refreshing. The space itself is great--spacious and perfect if you're looking to study or get some work done. However, the staff seemed a bit distracted at times, often on their phones or chatting with each other, which took away from the overall experience a little. Overall, good drinks and a nice atmosphere.
Great matcha! This place reminds me of Philz kinda--the vibe at least on the inside. Lots of seating and study spots inside. It was just along our walk, & we decided to check it out. Glad we did, it was a good matcha. They have water on tap, & sparkling water too! Kinda fun. I'd love to come here to read or study or get some work done in the future. Would also be down to try other drinks too.
This Blackberry Cream Matcha Latte is delish! Not too sweet and pretty good on the nose with floral notes. I love it. It was prepared fast with pleasant service. I also appreciated their big yet cozy seating area with plenty of tables. It's very bright and airy too with plenty of indoor plants. Loved getting some work done here.
Spacious with plenty of seating and chargeable stations- nice and cool with lots of plants giving ambience a very relaxed feel.
I wanted something refreshing that was also going to be healthy and good for the immune system and the mango peach ginger smoothie hit the spot! The tropical flavors weren't too overpowered by the ginger and it wasn't too sweet either, I'd definitely recommend! They have a ton of great drink options and plenty of seating at this location, but it does get very busy and you moght have to wait around despite the 2 floors. It can be worth it if you have a lot of work because they're also open longer than most coffee shops, even on the weekends. This is a chain of coffee shops I'm really grateful to have in the city
